Panettone French Toast Ice Cream "Sammy"

Panettone cake (3 slices)
5 eggs
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt & a dash of cinnamon
Prepare in traditional French Toast manner, day old bread works best!
Mascarpone Butter:
1/2 cup Mascarpone
1 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. fresh zest of orange
Allow Mascarpone to become room temperature, add all ingredients and whip by hand or for less than one minute using electric mixer
Mascerated Raspberries:
1/8 cup sugar
8 oz. raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Prepare the French Toast and compose the tower like dessert with layers of smooth mascarpone butter and top with mascerated berries as a garnish.
