Service Description
We will be delivering your handmade meals customized to your likes & dietary needs. Our current delivery days are Tuesdays & Thursdays (another delivery day may be available during the week but there could be an additional charge associated). In order to get on our Tuesday schedule your order must be in/paid for by the Saturday prior by 2 pm. For Thursday delivery, your order must be placed/paid for by Monday of the week, 6pm cut off. If for some reason you need adjustments & immediate delivery service, we can accommodate 24 hour notice requests, there will be an upcharge for this request. If you need immediate assistance please call 234.205.2098, leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling and appointment you understand that payment is required in full prior to service or purchase unless arrangements were agreed to in advance. Cash, check, ACH transfer, and credit are the only accepted forms of payment at this time. Notice of 24 hours is necessary for cancelled appointments. You may be charged a $15 fee for a missed appointment if canceled in less than 24 hours of appointment time
