Our bodies act in the same way when we eat inflammatory foods. These foods that may look or taste good going in are deceiving us. And they quickly send "ATTENTION" signals to the brain resulting in sluggishness, or perhaps to the surface of your skin with breakouts, or even discreetly show their discontent in the sign of an autoimmune disease. In sense, they act out or build up until they start showing up.

Join Chef Cat, owner of A 2 Z Living Well Solutions Ltd., the only chef in Ohio who is a certified specialist in Anti-Inflammatory cooking. She will review the many ways to eat your way to a new lifestyle. We will share recipes and techniques that will allow you to zip through your meal planning and preparation and enjoy the seasonal tastes of Salmon En Papillote with a Turmeric Ginger Broth, Chilled Asparagus Salad with Shaved Radish, Fennel & Citrus Segments with Celtic Sea Salt and The Darkest Chocolate treat one could ever ask for.

Chef Cat began in the culinary field over 15 years ago, but her love for cooking starting as a child when she received countertop lessons from her grandparents. With dedicated time, Cat graduated from Robert Morris University Illinois with a Bachelors Degree of Professional Studies in Advanced Culinary Arts. Having cooked for some great chefs between Chicago to Cleveland, Chef Cat debuted as executive chef and opened a successful wine bar in Northeast Ohio. With time, and a growing focus on more purposefully connecting people with food that fueled their body and mind. She wanted to share her experience with others on a larger level. She wanted to work for a leading a company that allowed her to share her gusto for great seasonal food, that lasted beyond a ‘one meal experience’. Chef Cat then realized to create this work environment, she would have to create it herself. Embarking on this experience, she became an entrepreneur in 2016 & established her own personal chef & catering business, A 2 Z Living Well Solutions Ltd.

Chef Cat reaches various audiences by teaching cooking demonstrations for large corporate events, providing full service catering, and with her flagship services of custom designed meal plans for individuals and families with personal chef meal planning.

She and on staff Registered Nurse Bridgette Zmorowski RN, BSN work together to create nutritional menu options, utilizing local farms and guide clients and their families to live a more health conscious lifestyle with food and education at their foundation.

A 2 Z Living Well Solutions continues to grow in the local community and cultivate meaningful business relations one bite at a time!

On Staff Registered Nurse, Bridgette hails from a multi-generational lineage of nurses in her family, so it came as no surprise to follow in the same career choice. Although Nurse Bridgette has trained and excelled in the clinical world, her true passion lies in a more holistic and whole body approach. Nurse Bridgette relies the most on God given whole foods, herbs, and simple remedies to live by and share with others.

Bridgette values the role that quality food plays for the growth and development of personal wellness throughout community and humanity. Seeing a bright future in A 2 Z Living Well Solutions Ltd. she was eager to build on this concept with Chef Cat. She truly is the Z to our A and imperative in the spreading of knowledge and basic nutritional concepts in a way that clients understand.
